Eligibility: The Loyalty Program is available to all customers who are residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.

Enrollment: Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is free. Customers can register in-store at kiosks where they must provide accurate information including their mobile number, first and last name, and/or email address.

Data Collection: By enrolling in our Loyalty Program, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information. The information collected will be used to send exclusive promotions and offers to members of the Loyalty Program. We also reserve the right to collect information about customer purchasing behavior, in order to offer you better offers and personalized promotions.

Use of Information: All information we collect from customers will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the Loyalty Program. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or court order.

Mobile Privacy: Personal Information will not be sold or shared for non-affiliates to market. No Mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing and/or promotional purposes.

Food Fair Plantation, Jerone and Spring Valley will not send you sweepstakes-related content via SMS messaging or any other means. Your personal data, including phone number, will not be used for any sweepstakes-related activity.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing, promotional, or sweepstakes purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Communications: By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, customers agree to receive marketing communications, which may include SMS text messages, emails, and online promotions. Customers may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in any communication sent.

Exclusive offers: Members of the Loyalty Program can receive exclusive offers, promotions, and discounts on selected products. These offers are valid for Loyalty Program members only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can enroll in the Loyalty program by sending a message with the keyword AD or at the kiosks installed in the store. Also, you can contact the Supermarket or speak to the Supermarket Administration Department about the program.

You may opt out of the Loyalty program at any time by texting STOP or by replying to any text message with STOP.

Rates may apply for messages and data. A message was sent per request. Upon initial registration, an introductory text will also be sent.

Please note that to the extent you provide us with a mobile phone number, you hereby:

  • You represent that you are the account holder and subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide, or that you have permission from the account holder and subscriber to receive text messages and/or phone calls at that phone number;
  • You agree to receive and authorize us to send or cause to be delivered, calls and text/SMS messages for any purpose, including advertising, using an automated telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice;
  • You agree to notify us immediately if the mobile phone number you have provided changes;
    You agree to indemnify us in full for all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to, arising out of, or caused by, in whole or in part, your failure to promptly notify us if the telephone number you have provided changes, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, costs, and damages related to or arising out of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act; and
  • You understand and agree that your acceptance of these terms is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services and that, depending on your plan with your mobile carrier, normal rates, and usage fees, including data rates and text message rates, may apply to text messages and/or phone calls delivered by Supermarket or on behalf of Supermarket.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located.

Changes to Terms

foodfair reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
